ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be physically able to perform general laborer duties, such as moderate to heavy lifting, pushing, pulling, bend, twist, reach, kneel, squat, stand for long periods of time
  • Must be a reliable employee, including but not limited to arriving to work on time
  • Must be able to work 40+ hours per week, 5 days per week, depending on the weather and project status.
  • Must be able to maintain consistent and reliable attendance
  • Possess a valid driver license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment urine DRUG TEST

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to lead and manage our field crews, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on, experienced Foreman to oversee concrete foundation and slab finishing crews. The ideal candidate is a skilled leader with a deep understanding of concrete construction, capable of managing teams, coordinating jobsite activities, and ensuring quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution: Lead crews in forming, pouring, and finishing concrete foundations and slabs.

Crew Management: Direct and supervise workers, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

Site Preparation: Oversee grading, forming, and reinforcement placement.

Quality Control: Ensure all work meets project specifications and industry standards.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and ensure OSHA compliance on-site.

Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site challenges to keep projects on track.

Equipment & Materials: Manage tools, equipment, and material deliveries to optimize workflow.

Communication: Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in concrete construction, with leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing, Carpentry and curing techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and job specifications.
  • Excellent leadership and teamwork skills, with the ability to motivate crews.
  • Experience operating and overseeing concrete tools and equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA certification is a plus

Essential Job Duties:
• The Concrete Foundation Work Superintendent Intern is responsible for the daily concrete operations on a job site, encompassing scheduling, production, procurement of materials, manpower, equipment, quality, and safety.
• Supervises multiple Foremen and their crews within their specific portion of the assigned project.
• Manages and oversees any contracted work on the site to ensure successful project completion.
• Order and coordinate the delivery of tools, equipment, and temporary jobsite facilities.
• Inspects work in progress and completed work to make sure complies with project specifications, work plans, and installation manuals.
• Read and interpret paper blueprints/Virtual blueprints and construction documents and plan construction activities accordingly.
• Manage and assist skilled craft workers in performing their assigned duties under close supervision.
• Train and supervise workers on company policies, safety practices, regulations, and procedures.
• Provides leadership and influences training and development of subordinates to improve their capabilities for advancement.
• Knowledge of Lay Out Equipment, and ability to supervise Lay Out Personnel.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee concrete construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate teams, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining our commitment to quality. Additionally, the Project Manager will play a key role in developing and managing our new General Contracting (GC) division specializing in tilt-up concrete construction. As we are scaling rapidly, this role requires someone who can step in and make an immediate impact with minimal transition or training. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about growing a division and making a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of concrete construction projects.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Manage resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment.
  • Lead project teams and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal staff.
  • Monitor project progress, track performance, and address any challenges or delays.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present project updates and reports to leadership.
  • Lead the development of the GC division for tilt-up concrete construction, including identifying opportunities and building client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction, preferably in concrete services.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Experience or knowledge in tilt-up concrete construction is highly desirable.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and hit the ground running in a fast-paced
  • environment.
